The Oncology specialization track focuses on the study, diagnosis, and treatment of cancer. Students gain a comprehensive understanding of tumor biology, cancer staging, and modern oncological therapies, including chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy.
This track emphasizes clinical exposure to oncology patients, multidisciplinary treatment planning, and palliative care. Under the supervision of experienced oncologists, students participate in case discussions and observe diagnostic procedures such as biopsies and imaging used in cancer detection and monitoring.
